Education & Early Career
Cheyenne played golf for Xavier College Preparatory, which is an all-female private Catholic high school. There, she won consecutive Arizona 5A StateChampionships in 2006 and 2007.
After that, Woods joined Wake Forest University in 2012. And, just like her high school days, Cheyenne was a star for the Demon Deacons. Besides, she won more than 30 amateur tournaments before turning pro in 2012.

Woods played in the 2009 Wegmans LPGA as an amateur under a sponsor’s exemption. Regrettably, she missed the cut by just four strokes.
Then, in 2011, Cheyenne won the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) championship before turning professional in 2012. Subsequently, Woods qualified for the 2012 U.S Women’s Open, which also marked her professional debut.
Later that year, the 30-year-old won her first pro tournament at the SunCoastLadies Series. In 2013, Woods joined the Ladies European Tour and bagged her second title at the Volvik RACV Ladies Masters in 2014.
Since then, Cheyenne has played in every major tournament. But, unfortunately, she has not been able to win another championship.
